How it works

Two applications, one workflow.

Insights identifies the opportunity. Rewards lets you act on it. Insights then measures how customers respond.

A signal is detected: engagement is declining and the At Risk segment grew 14% this month. Insight: 1,284 customers are becoming dormant. Recommendation: re-engage At Risk customers with double points on the next visit. The merchant selects Create campaign and moves to OTONUM Rewards, where the campaign is set up: audience At Risk customers, trigger no visit in 21 days, reward double points on the next visit, valid for 14 days. The campaign is launched and becomes active. Back in OTONUM Insights, the measured response shows At Risk engagement rising from 42% to 58% after launch and 252 customers moving back to the Active segment.
