These End-User Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to, and use of any customer-facing features powered by OTONUM, including mobile apps, reward portals, or any other digital services provided through our partners’ loyalty programs.
By using OTONUM-powered services as a loyalty program participant (“you” or “User”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the services.
1. What Is OTONUM?
OTONUM provides the technology that powers loyalty and rewards programs on behalf of various merchants (“Partners”). When you interact with a loyalty program using the OTONUM platform, your rewards, redemptions, and loyalty activities are processed and tracked by us, on behalf of the Partner that enrolled you.
2. Relationship Between You, OTONUM, and the Business
- OTONUM is not the merchant providing the rewards or making the offers — our Partners are.
- All rewards, redemption rules, or benefits are managed solely by the business where you registered your loyalty account.
- Any questions about your rewards, transactions, or eligibility should be directed to the merchant that enrolled you.
3. Personal Data and Privacy
By using the service, you understand that:
- Your information (e.g., name, contact details, purchase history, reward status, GPS location if enabled) may be processed by OTONUM to provide services on behalf of the Partner.
- You can review how your data is handled in the OTONUM Privacy Policy.
- The merchant that enrolled you may also have its own privacy policy and is responsible for managing your data in line with data protection laws.
If you are under the age of legal consent (typically 13 or 16, depending on your country), your parent or guardian must approve your participation if required by law.
4. Use of the OTONUM App or Portal
You agree not to:
- Share or misuse your account or QR code
- Use someone else’s identity or loyalty credentials
- Attempt to manipulate the reward system or fake activity
- Upload inappropriate content or use offensive language
- Use the app for any purpose other than participating in a merchant’s loyalty program
We reserve the right to block access or remove your loyalty account if you misuse the system.
5. Changes and Availability
We may update or change the OTONUM app or portal at any time. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted service, and features may vary based on your region or the merchant’s configuration.
6. Limitation of Liability
- OTONUM is not responsible for:
- Lost, expired, or unredeemed points or rewards
- The merchant’s actions, business practices, or customer service
- Any errors in the merchant’s rules, reward values, or conditions
- Third-party offers or links promoted through the app
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and limit liability related to your use of the platform.
7. Termination
- Your access to OTONUM services may be terminated:
- If the loyalty program is discontinued
- If you violate these Terms or misuse the platform
